Late policy: We ask that each guest arrive at or before their appointment time. Any guest arriving more than 15 minutes late will have to reschedule. Late arrivals resulting in a cancellation may be treated as a no call/no show and appropriate fees will apply.
Cancellation/No-show policy: We understand that an unexpected life occurrence could arise that may force you to cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy is to insure that canceled appointment can be swiftly refilled by a waiting client. When possible, reminder text and emails are sent out two days in advance to confirm appointments. All cancellations require 24 hour prior notice. Appointments not reschedule or cancel 24 hours in advance are subject to a $25 cancelation. All deposits are nonrefundable

When you arrive to your appointment please stay in your vehicle and text or call 832-423-0271 to let us know that you have arrived. Please wait for our response before leaving your vehicle. Make sure you have your mask and it is worn properly before enter the room. There is a restroom for you to wash your hands and your temperature will be checked at the door before service begins.
No additional guests are allowed during service.
